How to get your brewery?
As a family for generations, we have been helping to fulfill dreams of owning beer.
Of course, everything starts with you and the idea of having your own beer...
So, send us an inquiry where you describe your idea (preferences, ideas, vision) as much as possible.
We will then contact you with the appropriate questions.
Based on the answer, we will then create a price offer for a feasibility study and an indicative price breakdown of the turnkey brewery, so that you have an idea of the financial complexity of your project.
After the respective order, we start immediately.
1. Feasibility study
The feasibility study deals with the basic selection and disposition of the technology, including the routes for its moving in. This is a drawing that also suggests the cancellation or construction of structures, so you also have an idea of the extent of necessary reconstruction or new construction from a construction point of view.
We supplement the drawing with a document with basic data about the brewery (beer production volume for the first stage, maximum beer production volume, consumption and waste...).
As standard, we have several proposals included in the price, with the help of which we work towards the optimal solution.
2. Visualization
If you insist that you want to see the result before implementation, we can create realistic visualizations of both interiors and exteriors at any time.
For these purposes, we have our own experienced designers.
We often make several variants of the solution so that you have the best possible idea of your future brewery and it helps you in important decisions such as choosing the surface version of the brewhouse (shown below).
3. Follow-up technological project
After the approval of the study, we will start creating documents for individual construction fields (electricity, water, air conditioning, waste...), installation of technology and measurement and regulation (solution scheme), all authorities and customs administration. We will also clarify the exact configuration of the technology (level of automation, visual solution, individual settings, etc.).
Of course, we pay attention to ecology (use of waste / free cooling / recuperation...) during the design process, so we can sharply reduce the future costs of operating the brewery.
The package includes at least 7 other drawings and 2 extensive documents.
4. Concrete price offer
Now we already have all the information to create a specific price offer with everything.
In fact, we are often more expensive than our competition. However, it is also true that we often repair or service operations after the competition, so we believe that you will give it a try with us. You won't regret it, we guarantee it with our family name!
5. Production and fabrication
If you like the price offer and you order the brewery from us, we will start production. We manufacture a significant part of the technology and equipment ourselves.
For the rest, we have verified Czech and German partners and companies, which we choose based on personal experience and sympathy with their work and products.
Of course, you can visit us at any time to check the quality of the production, so that you have a 100% overview of everything.
6. Engineering
While we are producing the technology, we make sure that the construction preparations at the implementation site proceed as they should.
We regularly participate in inspection days where we are really tough on builders. After all, no one wants to have puddles in a food operation, for example, because of bad floor slopes, right?
7. Assembly
After handing over the manufactured technology, its transportation to the place of implementation and subsequent assembly begins.
For this purpose, we have around 60 qualified welders and fitters with experience from all over the world. This is followed by an inspection of the welds and the overall impression.
If a visualization is created during the implementation, we make sure that everything corresponds to the smallest detail.
8. Commissioning and operator training
Finally, one of our brewers or technologists (you can choose specifically) will test and demonstrate everything. A sterile batch and the so-called catching of all flies is then a matter of course. Our technologist can possibly stay to work with you until you learn everything, or you can find your own brewer or brewmaster, everything is by agreement.
If you want, we will also prepare recipes, which we will tailor with you to the smallest detail.
Still not enough? We will create an entire brand for you, including a logo, style and design of advertising items, so that you can stand out from the gray of ordinary breweries.
